1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using filecoinparams.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Nature of Service
The Service provides a downloadable archive of Filecoin proof parameters (v28 for 32GiB sectors). We are an independent, community-run provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Filecoin Foundation, Protocol Labs, or the official Filecoin project.
3. Payments and Credits
All payments are processed via the Filecoin blockchain. You are required to fund your account balance ("Credits") prior to making a purchase. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for funds sent to the wrong wallet address or for incorrect amounts. Credits hold no intrinsic value outside of this Service and cannot be exchanged back for fiat or cryptocurrency.
4. Digital Delivery and Refunds
Because the product is a large digital file delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact support.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse the Service, attempt to bypass the paywall, use automated scripts to scrape the archive, or disrupt the operation of the website.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, lost profits, or data loss resulting from the use of the provided files.
